Overview
Donors of Color Network prioritizes the health and safety of our guests, staff, and the staff of the spaces in which we convene. As we navigate the next phase of the pandemic, we must do our best to create a culture of care. That means we ask that our in-person attendees do their part to keep us all safe.As part of this commitment, we have put together the following guidelines for those attending Connect + Reflect to curate an event that is as accessible and safe as possible.
We will be in regular contact with guests about any COVID-19 protocols that may arise as conditions change.
Testing
Donors of Color Network will require in-house COVID-19 testing on arrival in order for you to receive your name badge and conference materials. We encourage you to test before traveling, as you will not be admitted to the conference with a positive test. All participants will be provided COVID-19 rapid tests for the duration of the event, and we invite you to continue testing daily prior to joining the day’s activities.
Masking
Donors of Color Network asks that all attendees wear a mask unless eating, drinking, actively presenting, or you are outdoors. If you need a mask, they will be available at the Hospitality Desk.Due to differing abilities in wearing masks for long periods, if you cannot keep a mask on for health reasons, please distance yourself from others and communicate to the conference staff so we are aware of your needs.
