Leena Barakat

Leena Barakat has spent the last decade of her career working across the grassroots, nonprofit, and private sectors, to bridge differences, forge partnerships, and advance the cause for racial, social, and environmental justice globally. Leena is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Tides and her experience in developing and engaging new partnerships is integral to DOCN’s mission. A Palestinian-American activist, philanthropist, strategist, and millennial mother of two, Leena is deeply committed to DOCN’s growth and is a valued member of its Board of Directors.
